Together with Eileen and Christian, Gerald is one of the founding partners of Ebner Stolz China. Prior to relocating to Essen, Germany, he lived in Shanghai for twelve years and still maintains an apartment there for his frequent visits to China and Southeast Asia. Besides being responsible for the tax team, he acts as the consultant for the Chinese subsidiaries of our European clients and regularly liaises with their headquarters in Europe. He is also the supervisor of several prominent European LLCs in China.
