Ebner Stolz supported RAMPF Holding GmbH & Co. KG (RAMPF) in the successful acquisition of HGIT Dalian Huagong Innovation Technology (HGIT) with a financial, legal and tax due diligence and transaction advisory support.
HGIT was founded in 2003. As a national high-tech enterprise and leading specialist for mixing and dispensing systems, it manufactures customized foam sealing, potting and adhesive dispensing machines, as well as energy-efficient, eco-friendly and cost-effective automated production lines.
