Ryan joined Ebner Stolz in 2015 and is now a Manager in our Bookkeeping Department. He has experience with different types of financial software (SAP, ERP, Kingdee, Yongyou, etc.) and is extremely attentive to all of our clients’ bookkeeping-related questions. He also has tax-related knowledge regarding liquidation, registration, and special declarations for business transactions.

Christian VogtPartner
Together with Gerald Neumann and Eileen Wu, Christian is one of the founding partners of Ebner Stolz China. After obtaining a master’s degree in mathematics in Germany, he moved to China in 1993; he is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Over the past 18 years, while working in CFO roles in the Shanghai offices of German banking and leasing firms, he has learned how to effectively handle the challenges posed by the rapidly changing Chinese regulatory environment.
His long-term experience is invaluable, particularly when advising foreign enterprises on how to optimize their accounting, controlling, compliance, and financing structures in response to specific Chinese requirements.

In his native Switzerland, Alain worked for a Big Four firm in both the Audit Department and as part of the Capital Market Accounting Advisory team.
